Zelosy is an AI-powered workspace that combines team messaging, Kanban and Gantt boards, file storage, time tracking, video calls, a document editor, and automations in one place. Instead of switching between Slack, Asana, Google Drive, and Toggl, your team works inside focused workspaces where everything stays linked.
Sign up, choose a template, and name your organization. Zelosy creates your first workspaces, channels, and boards automatically based on the template you chose.
A workspace is an isolated environment for a team, project, or client. Each workspace has its own channels, task boards, file storage, and member list. Think of it as a focused room where all related work lives.
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 5 members, 3 boards, 2 GB storage, channels, messaging, and a personal todo. No credit card, no time limit. Pro starts at $12/month.
Slack is a chat tool. Asana is a task manager. Toggl tracks time. Zelosy connects all of these — plus files, Gantt views, video calls, a document editor, and AI — into focused workspaces. You don't lose context switching between 5 tools.
We offer Start from Scratch, General Team, Creative Agency, and Metals & Mining. Each pre-configures your workspace with channels, boards, and folders. Plus 8 board templates (Bug Tracker, Sprint Planning, Marketing Campaign, Content Calendar, and more).

Yes. The number of workspaces depends on your plan. Team allows 5, Business allows unlimited, and Enterprise allows unlimited with additional admin controls.
Yes. Each workspace can have Kanban boards with customizable columns, assignees, due dates, labels, and milestone tracking.
You can invite clients to specific workspaces without giving them access to your internal workspace. This is the core design of the Agency template.
Yes. Each task supports live timers, manual time entry, time estimates, and billable hours tracking. The active timer persists in the navbar across all pages.
Yes. Zelosy includes 15 pre-built automation rules across 3 workspace types (Agency, Client, Internal) plus a visual workflow builder. Rules trigger on task creation, column moves, overdue dates, and more — with actions like auto-assign, notify, comment, and create snapshots.
Zelosy includes a Gemini-powered AI chat assistant, AI board generation from text descriptions, a document co-pilot for writing, smart workspace snapshots with AI summaries, and AI-powered meeting time suggestions.
We're building integrations with common tools. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations. Check our roadmap for the latest updates.
Zelosy is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — install it on your phone's home screen for a native-like experience with push notifications and offline support. Native mobile apps are also on our roadmap.
Pricing & Billing
Zelosy charges per organization, not per seat. Free includes 5 members. Pro is $12/month for up to 20 members. Enterprise is $49/month for up to 100 members with SSO and audit logs.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Yes. The Free plan is permanent — up to 5 members, 3 boards, 2 GB storage, and 30 days of activity history. No credit card required, no time limit.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing and purchase orders.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Security & Privacy
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow industry best practices for data security.
Data is stored in secure, SOC 2-compliant data centers. Enterprise customers can request specific data residency configurations.
Yes. You can export all your organization's data at any time. We believe in data portability — your data is yours.
SSO with SAML 2.0 is available on the Enterprise plan. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available on all plans — set up via QR code with recovery codes. The Files vault can require 2FA verification for sensitive documents.
Enterprise plans include a complete audit log of all actions taken within your organization, including logins, permission changes, and data access.
