How templates work.
When you create a new organization in Zelosy, you choose a template that matches your work. Each template pre-configures your workspace with the channels, boards, file folders, and structure that teams like yours typically need.
The General Team template is designed for internal teams managing everyday work — product development, operations, marketing. It sets up channels for general chat, announcements, and random, plus a Team Tasks board and shared folders. On top of workspace templates, Zelosy also offers 8 board templates — Bug Tracker, Sprint Planning, Marketing Campaign, Content Calendar, Event Planning, Client Onboarding, Meeting Agenda, and Empty Board — each pre-filled with columns and sample tasks.
The Creative Agency template creates workspaces with design, development, and client-feedback channels, plus a Client Projects board with columns for Backlog, Design, In Dev, Client Review, and Launched. This isolation is critical for agencies, consultants, and studios who need clients to collaborate without seeing internal discussions. Each client workspace gets its own task boards, channels, and files.
The Metals & Mining template is built for project-heavy industries with long timelines, compliance needs, and multi-stakeholder coordination. It includes workspaces for head office operations, individual project sites, investor relations, and board-level oversight — with milestone and compliance boards built in.
